Residential 7149

About this project

This detached property’s original layout wasn’t working for our client. They wanted larger relaxing spaces and more connected spaces with a luxurious feel throughout. To achieve this, the ground floor was extended and opened up to create a stunning kitchen-living area with bifold doors and large roof lanterns to brighten the space. Light toned materials emphasise the opulent feel throughout. The loft was converted to a new master bedroom with a Juliet balcony (our client’s new favourite area of the house) overlooking the garden. Also part of the brief was a separate two-storey garage/outbuilding for games, study and home gym, which has a rooflight balcony that creates a beautiful, bright interior space. Dark cladding on the first floor exterior helps to blend the outbuilding into the trees.
