About this project

This was already a characterful property with large bay windows and brick detailing. The rear previously had a very small lean-to extension with the garage as a separate block. Our design consisted of a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension. The existing side entrance was relocated to the front with an entrance canopy. The existing garage was demolished and a new extension was built in its place, forming the utility room. The rear extension houses the kitchen and dining area, beautifully illuminated with natural light via a bi-fold door, French doors and roof-lights. The first floor adds a fourth bedroom and an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.
