About this project

For this conversion of offices on the upper floors of a beautiful listed building, we successfully gained planning permission and Building Control approval for 2 one-bedroom flats and 2 two bedroom flats in the centre of Newark, Nottinghamshire. Internal alterations were undergone to create modern, spacious and homely kitchen, living spaces, dining spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms.
