About this project

Our clients were a settled couple who wanted a change in lifestyle to give them more space and comfort. Their existing kitchen and dining space was open plan but a little cramped. We pushed back the position of the utility room into the existing garage, giving the kitchen and dining more space. The new open plan area is more flexible, giving them options for seating and dining and general entertaining. Our clients also opted for underfloor heating and installing an air source heat pump for better energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
