About this project

This is a new-build scheme that was created for a professional couple with two young children. The brief was to create a more traditional frontage with a very contemporary rear. The entrance takes inspiration from other homes within the area, with a large central gable that projects over the entrance to create a canopy. Inside, the ground floor comprises of a study, lounge, and a stunning open plan kitchen/living/dining area. A central staircase leads up to the first floor which is arranged in two symmetrical ‘wings’. There are four bedrooms with en-suite facilities, with balconies for the two rear bedrooms.
