About this project

This range of visualisations are concepts for a residential extension for a client in Leicester. The designs demonstrate both a single storey development around the side and rear of the property and a two-storey option. Both aim to provide a better layout for the client’s needs in terms of room sizes and purpose of the rooms themselves. We have a contemporary design, but also a more traditional option to integrate with the existing house. The proposal also included alterations to the front; namely a porch relocation to create a more balanced façade and a welcoming entrance.
