About this project

This existing nursing home in the north of Leicestershire was in great need of an extension and refurbishment, as areas of the building were beginning to deteriorate. The décor and furnishings also needed updating to help improve the environment for the residents. The proprietor approached us to create a suitable proposal, shown here. Planning permission was granted to erect two double-storey extensions to the side and the rear, with a single storey extension to the rear and a new car parking area.
