About this project

Our proposal of 12 flats and 7 town houses in the south of Leicester was successfully granted planning permission in 2018. The images show an overview of the development, with flats at the front of the site and the town houses at the rear. Parking bays and garden spaces are provided for each property. The design direction is inspired by the surrounding area, with a combination of traditional stone features and contemporary glazing and cladding.
