About this project

A commercial project that consisted of changing the use of an old retail factory and warehouse transforming it into twelve modern self-contained 1 bed flats alongside front and rear alterations, and an interior design fit out. A minimal colour scheme partly inspired by materials used in the immediate surroundings completes the exterior finish.
