About this project

A design for a local community hall with an iconic silhouette. The design, which celebrates light, pays homage in part to the previous usage of the site, which was a former lighting manufacturing company. It is form and function, with a spacious hall that seats up to 400 people for weddings, receptions, parties, religious observations and much more besides. An upper floor provides additional space for preparation or private functions enabling flexibility.
