Sanjay gave birth to the company in 2009 and has more than 20 years experience in the industry. He is not only a Chartered Architect but also an Architectural Ambassador, student mentor and has been a RIBA Awards judge. Outside of work, Sanjay enjoys DIY, badminton, squash, reading about a wide range of subjects and is a qualified diver.

Associate / Graphic Designer, Joined: 2010

From a junior graphic designer to practice manager and now Associate, Vandana is the ‘go-to’ person for problem-solving and is the engine room that keeps the office running, alongside 3D model work. She loves logo design and corporate branding, exploring the world, trying new foods/drinks, and also keeps an eye on the Formula 1 season.

Kudzai is a charismatic individual who has built up a broad portfolio of work during his career so far. He joins us in a senior role, leading some of our larger projects and providing guidance with his wealth of experience. Outside of work, Kudzai loves food (a lot), travel, photography, and visiting family in his birthplace of Sierra Leone.

Architectural Assistant, Joined: 2018

Kruti qualified as an architect in India, with experience working in practice and on a self-employed basis. With us, Kruti works on a variety of projects from healthcare to residential, quickly familiarising herself with UK building standards and regulations. Her interests include cooking, community events and family days out.

Architectural Technician, Joined: 2020

Graduating with First Class Honours in Architectural Technology, Dhyana has proven her ability in her handling of projects, currently gaining experience in Planning and Building Regulations. Dhyana enjoys creative pursuits such as drawing, baking and photography. No tea or coffee here, but McDonald’s? Yes please!

Part 2 Architectural Assistant, Joined: 2021

Having an artistic and architectural family, Andreas naturally found himself drawn to this industry, wanting to make a positive impact on the built environment. Working towards his Part 3 qualification, Andreas is gaining a vast range of experience on residential and larger commercial projects. He won’t say no to a strong iced coffee.

Architectural Assistant, Joined: 2021

Always striving to learn, Sunil has completed his Part 2 qualification and works on residential, commercial and community projects as well as demonstrating his 3D modelling skills. His role also includes CPD coordination. Outside of work he participates in a street dance group, enjoys travel and photography.

Senior Architectural Assistant, Joined: 2022

A qualified architect in India, Priyanka has also gained several years of experience within UK architecture practices. She has a keen eye for high-end private residential projects, but is just as proficient with larger commercial work. She enjoys painting, cooking, badminton and yoga and is looking to complete her Part 3 qualification with us in the near future.

Architectural Assistant, Joined: 2022

Bhavika joins us following her Part 1 qualification and is now one of our L7 Architect Apprentices. She confidently handles large-scale commercial projects in addition to smaller residential jobs. Bhavika is a huge fan of ‘Friends’ and has started collecting the Lego sets, having already completed the Central Perk cafe.

Following completion of his Part 2 qualification, Samson joins us with a multidisciplinary vision for the industry, recognising the potential of incorporating film-making and social media into his architectural approach. Samson enjoys film, anime, plays football, regularly attends church and apparently makes great jollof rice (we’ve yet to sample).

Having successfully completed her Part 1 qualification with the added experience of being a course representative, Prina is one of our L7 Architect Apprentices assisting on a variety of projects from large-scale residential to commercial and hospitality. Outside of work, Prina’s dog demands much of her attention.

Project Architect, Joined: 2023

A fully qualified Architect, Ashok has a wealth of experience working for many different firms on a wide variety of schemes. He is well-placed to work on the more technical aspects of our larger commercial projects and enjoys getting into the finer details of drawings. His hidden talent of cooking remains hidden for now…

Dipti is one of our most experienced team members with more than 17 years of UK-based experience in practice. Having worked mainly on residential projects before joining us, she enjoys working in different sectors of architecture, including nursing homes and commercial Building Regulations.
